The age of Agile must end — If I had a 1€ for every article or keynote that advocates throwing away Agile or Scrum, I’d have a pretty penny by now. However, I don’t dismiss these ideas without a second thought. Instead, let’s approach them with a critical eye, open to the possibility of learning something new and valuable. After all, being receptive to alternative ideas and approaches is the key to continual improvement for both Scrum Masters and their teams.
